If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, or missing an item, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund— no worries at all!

✨ Easy Returns:

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery for eligible issues.

Please ensure you record an unboxing video with the Twacha Bazaar seal clearly visible for quick verification.

🧴 Hygiene Promise:

For safety reasons, only unused and unopened products are eligible for return or exchange.

Combo packs must be returned as a whole, not as individual items.

💰 Refunds:

Once your returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank details securely for the refund process.
